Sizing, line weights and colour rules that translate beautifully into production.
Start with vector artwork. Keep minimum line weight at 1mm for moulded patches and 0.5mm for embroidery. Use Pantone Solid Coated for colour calls — RGB and CMYK conversions are approximations only.
